Besides standard pipe fitting, We also provide

Branch is used to connect the branch pipe and
takes the place of traditional special diameter
three-way pipe, strengthen plate, reinforced pipe,
etc. It has many advantages such as increasing safety,
lower cost, simple construction, ameliorate medium
flow passage, seriation, standardization, convenient
design, selection and use. It is especially used
in high pressure, high temperature, large aperture,
thick wall pipes.
Dalong Co., Ltd. tried to produce 90°knee
pipe main pipes for 1000MW nuclear electricity in
1996 in order to fill the void of nuclear electricity
equipment produced domestically. It is the heaviest
buttweld casting pipe fitting in China. The material
is Z3CN20-09M super low carbon stainless steel,
drift diameter is 31¡¯¡¯(¡é787.4mm),
knee pipe center¡¯s radius: R14450mm, the wall thickness:
78mm, weight of each piece: 5700Kg. The casting
technology design passed the experimental verification
of computer simulation software. Molten steel was
refined by VODC and adjusted the chemical component
and proportioning by the smelt metal software imported
from Germany. It reached the first class by the
X-ray crack detection.
Dalong Co., Ltd. also developed flat-pop by
the GB/T4140-93 (instead of GB4140-84) standard and
ISO4348-1938. It has many advantages such as being lightweight,
light construction, and conveniently fixable and is used widely
in the beer, food and chemical industries.
