| Structure Features
This pump is a horizontal single acting
triplex reciprocating pump. With symmetrical
structure, the installation of the outlet
1& inlet pipe can be chosed at either
side of the liquid end according to
the customer's requirements The pump,
gear reducer, motor and lubricating
system are mounted on common baseplate.
Power
End
The frame is of a box construction,
the lower part of which is designed
as an oil sump for storing lubricating-oil.
The
big end of the connecting rod is fixed
with a thin wall sleeve beaing. The
small end is fixed with bronze bushing,
the clearance between which and crosshead
pin is ensured by working accuracy.
Liquid
End
The
pump cylinder is of monoblock.
The
preassembled plate valve or tapered
seat plate valve are adopted for the
suction and discharge valves.
Packing
is applied for the plunger seal in the
stuffing box and water-cooled stuffing
box will be furnished.
Lubrication
Splash
lubrication is adopted for the power
end of the pump.

transmission
The pump
is driven by a motor through belt pulley
or gear reducer.
