From 1950s, Shanghai Dalong Machinery works has

The connecting surfaces
between the frame and disdance piece,
and the bores for the main bearing are
all machined to the finishes by the high
precision NC machinery center to assure
the accuracy of the frame's size and position.
The crankshaft and connecting
rod are made of high quality carbon steel
and alloy steal forgings.
The separable crosshead
with Sn-base alloy slipper is made of
casting.

The piston rod's thread
and all the threads bearing fatigue loading
are all rolled forming. The tightened
structure with hydraulic are adopted for
connecting crosshead with the piston rod.
Piston rings,male adapters
are made of carbon fiber reinforced teflon
and polyimide engineering plastics.

The buffer,
the cooler and separator are equipped
at each stage. The buffer are connected
with the top and bottom adaptors of the
cylinder. Heat stress, disturbing, force
and analog vibration are computed for
the pipeline, so that the vibration of
pipeline is reduced effectively.

| The
separated thin-oil station is fitted for
the circulating lubrication system of the
moving mechanism. The construction of main
pump and auxiliary pump, which can shift
automatically, is adopted for the lubricating-oil
pump. |

Disk valves,
cushion valves and ring valves are adopted
for gas valves. Valve spring is made of
17-7PH precipitation hardening stainless
steel and valve plate is made of 4Cr13Mo
and peek plastic.

"RT"structure
is designed for stuffing-box of low pressure and "RTB"
structure for that of high pressure. Construction
of cooling with water is adopted for out-shell. Less
oil or oil-free lubrication for the cylinder can either
applied.
In control system, pressure transducer is used to
measure the pressure. DDE-III type digital indicator
is used for the secondary time meter. The switches
for controlling pressure, temperature and liquid level.
SPDT type is adopted for PLC variable program controller
are used in the interlock of control system, which
can supervise dynamically with DCS communication.
