| Structure Features
This pump is a horizontal single acting
triplex reciprocating pump. With symmetrical
structure, the installation of the outlet
pipe can be chosen at either side of
the liquid end according to the requirements
of customers. The pump, gear reducer,
motor, lubricating system are mounted
on the common baseplate.
Power End
The
frame is symmetrical, rigid, box construction
and made of high strength cast iron.
The main bearing seats are parted at
a 30¡ãslant for easy to
install and maintain. The lower part
of the frame is designed as an oil sump
of the power end, with magnetic separater
installed in it.
Crankshaft is made
of high strength alloy steel forging.
By increasing the overlap coefficient
of crankshaft pin and using a new arrangement
of lubrication oil passage oil from
crosshead to crankshaft,there is no
oil holes in the crankshaft, the strength
of crankshaft is raised.
The connecting rods
are made of high strength nodular cast
iron. Steel backed babbit metal bearings
are fitted at the big end of the connecting
rod and the bushing at the small end
which is designed to be stepped structure
and is made of special alloy metal,
the load capacity of connecting rods
is raised.
The crosshead is made
of the same metal as connecting rod
bushing.
The pump cylinder,
distance piece and frame are fitted
with dowel pin to ensure accurate alignment
on reassembly.
Liquid End
The pump-cylinder is
designed as a single cylinder block,
is made of forged low carbon duplex
stainless steel. Discharge flanges are
provided at both sides of the cylinder
for easy of piping.
The alignment of the
stuffing box is maintained by the distance
piece. The integrated suction and discharge
valve assembly and monoblock cylinder
body are designed to raise the efficiency
of pump and lengthen its service life.
Lubrication
A seperated lubrication
system with two filters (coares &
fine) and an oil pressure alarm is used.
When cleaning the filters, it is unnecessary
to drain the lubricating oil from the
oil sump. There are two temperature
gauges in the lubricating system, one
for showing the temperature of oil in
the sump, the other for showing the
temperature of lubricating oil after
cooled.
- Power
transmisssion
The oump is driven
by the TEFC induction motor. The explosion-proof
motor and specialized induction motor
for inventer can also be supplied according
to the requirements of the customers.
Frequency inverters or other speed adjusting
devices can be adopted so as to change
the capacity of the pump.
The pump is connected to the motor
thru metallic flexible couplings and
hard faced gear reducer, and they are
all mounted on the common baseplate.
