Production Method: Electric furnace, vacuum
degas, vacuum oxygen blast decarburation. Electroslag remelting,
free-forging, open casting, investment cast and CAD.
Production Standard: Contains pressure vessel
design (The first, second, third class super high pressure). The
company has obtained a nuclear electricity equipment
manufacturing license and won the third award for nuclear
electricity austenite stainless steel forging research. The 900
casting super low coal stainless steel bend for the main
pipe in the nuclear electricity station and 165¨w8500mm, 17-4PH forging products for warships shows that our production
level has already reached the top level in China.
Production Equipment: Two sets of 15 ton arc
furnaces. One set of 15 ton vacuum oxygen blast decarburation
out-furnace fining equipment from Germany. One set of software
regarding steel smelt from Europe and forging and heat-treat
equipment including a 2500 ton water press.
Check and Measure Method: (DV-4) 26 element,
30-passage optical spectrum directreading analyzer imported from
BAIRD Co., Ltd., USA. Coal and sulfur analyzers. Oxygen, ozote
and hydrogen analyzers from LECO Co., Ltd., USA. 400KVX ray flaw
detector from PHILIPS Co., Ltd. and a cobalt 60-100y ray from
HUSE Co., Ltd. USA, German and Austria wide sight line
microscope.
